Bespoke oak kitchen drawer with dovetail joints and integrated cabinetry

EXAMPLE CABINETRY PRICES

We know that one of the first questions potential clients have is “how much does one of your kitchens cost?”

This is always a hard question to answer because every kitchen is unique and the cost will vary hugely, depending upon the detailed specification. For example, a dishwasher could cost £600 or £1600, depending upon the brand and model.

That said, a medium-sized kitchen in our solid wood cabinetry will cost around £50 - 55k (including worktops, appliances, handles, cabinet lighting, fitting, our services and VAT). Many of our projects involve a second or third room (typically a utility room, pantry or boot room) and cost in the region of £50k - £80k.

To give a you a better feel for prices, the e-booklet below contains three example kitchens, broadly small, medium and large-sized.

The prices shown are for our hand-painted (in any colour), solid wood Shaker cabinetry only and exclude handles, appliances, worktops, fitting etc, but do include VAT at 20%.

Our Hampton range (depending upon the choice of door) tends to come in about 20-30% cheaper than our solid wood range.

Whilst it’s hard to be specific about other costs e.g. appliances, worktops etc, in our experience these tend to make up between 45% and 65% of the overall cost. So if the cabinetry costs £20k, you could estimate that the total cost would be between approximately £36k - £45k (excluding any building or preparatory work).

Finally, if you have plans of any sort (these could be from another kitchen company, your architect’s plans, a house sale prospectus or even just a hand-drawn sketch of a possible layout) we can use these to give you a ballpark figure with no obligation.
