PROJECT: An Elstead Kitchen LOCATION: Elstead | YEAR: 2018

This kitchen design was part of a complete re-modelling of the rear of a large detached house in Elstead, Surrey. The clients wanted a large kitchen / dining / living space and were keen to have a Shaker-style solid wood kitchen. They wanted to have the hob on the island to allow them to look out into the garden and living space. 

The Classic Shaker cabinets also included a bespoke dresser to display the clients’ Wedgewood wedding dinner service. We designed the island to incorporate a large induction hob, set into a Silestone quartz worktop, complemented by a bespoke, handmade (by one of our highly recommended fitters, Sergejs), teardrop-shaped oak breakfast bar to seat four. 

Some of our favourite features of this stunning kitchen include the Quooker Flex boiling tap and a Caple 300mm wine cooler. We also love the bespoke element of this kitchen, creating a really special and individual design that has delivered on the brief in spades.
